Qualifications

• Must have prior customer service, customer-facing, or operations support experience.
• Advanced English proficiency across speaking, writing, and reading.
• Strong numerical skills and comfort with percentages, costs, margins, and basic calculations.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail when comparing orders, prices, and data.

Responsibilities

• Enter and review sales orders accurately, ensuring complete customer, product, pricing, and order data.
• Validate customer pricing against price sheets, costs, freight, and warehouse costs.
• Identify discrepancies in pricing, costs, margins, and orders before issues arise.
• Perform basic calculations to verify order accuracy.
• Investigate suspicious information and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain high accuracy while handling large volumes of data.
• Support customer inquiries professionally via email as knowledge grows.
• Gradually handle inbound/outbound calls as comfort with products/processes increases.
• Learn workflows to recognize when something does not look right.
