You’ll start with back-end work and gradually handle more direct customer communication as you learn the business. This role requires strong numerical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to investigate discrepancies before proceeding.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, customer-facing, or operational support.
• Strong English proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading.
• Solid numerical skills with percentages, costs, margins, and basic calculations.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail when comparing orders, prices, and data.
• Ability to recognize unusual figures and investigate before proceeding.
• Professional written communication and confidence raising questions when information is unclear.

Responsibilities

• Enter and review sales orders accurately, ensuring complete customer, product, pricing, and order data.
• Validate customer pricing against price sheets, costs, freight, warehouse costs, and related info.
• Identify pricing, cost, margin, and order discrepancies before they cause issues.
• Perform basic business calculations to verify order accuracy (percentages, costs, margins, etc.).
• Investigate information that seems incorrect or inconsistent rather than processing blindly.
• Escalate discrepancies and communicate with relevant teams to resolve.
• Maintain high accuracy while handling large volumes of order and operational data.
• Support customer inquiries professionally via email as you learn the business.
• Gradually handle inbound/outbound customer calls once comfortable with products/processes.
• Learn workflows to recognize when something does not look right.
