Responsibilities

• Enter and review sales orders accurately, ensuring all details are complete before processing.
• Validate customer pricing against price sheets, costs, freight charges, and warehouse costs.
• Identify discrepancies in pricing, costs, margins, and orders before issues arise.
• Perform basic business calculations to verify order accuracy.
• Investigate seemingly incorrect information instead of processing it without question.
• Escalate discrepancies and communicate with the appropriate teams to resolve.
• Maintain high accuracy while handling large volumes of data.
• Support customer inquiries via email as knowledge grows, then handle occasional calls.
• Learn workflows to recognize when something does not look right.
