HireHawk Inc. is recruiting a Customer Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations for a New York-based business from a remote setting.

You’ll ensure accurate processing of sales orders, pricing, costs, and customer information, while growing into direct customer communication as you learn the business. The role emphasizes analytical thinking—investigating price/margin discrepancies and ensuring accurate back-end operations before responding to customers.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency across speaking, writing, and reading.
• Strong numerical skills and comfort with percentages, costs, margins.
• Professional written communication and confidence asking questions.
• Excellent accuracy when comparing orders, prices, costs, and data.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and review sales orders accurately, ensuring complete customer, product, pricing, and order info.
• Validate customer pricing against price sheets, product costs, freight charges, and warehouse costs.
• Identify pricing, cost, margin, and order discrepancies before they affect operations or customers.
• Perform basic business calculations to verify order accuracy (percentages, costs, margins, etc).
• Investigate information that appears incorrect rather than processing it blindly.
• Escalate discrepancies and communicate with teams to resolve.
• Maintain high accuracy while handling large volumes of data.
• Support customer inquiries professionally via email as you learn.
• Gradually handle inbound/outbound calls once comfortable with products and processes.
• Learn logistics, order management, pricing, and workflows to spot when something is off.
