Resolv Global is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual professional to join our remote patient support team. You will be the primary contact for patients, guiding them from scheduling through post-visit follow-up.

This is a fully remote, independent contractor position open to candidates based in Mexico. You must be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written communication and a reliable home workspace.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, patient support, or similar role.
• Experience in a fully remote role.
• Strong written communication with grammar and clarity.
• Stable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, text, and web chat.
• Schedule appointments and manage changes or cancellations.
• Provide patients with pre- and post-appointment instructions.
• Follow up to ensure patients have needed information.
• Support clinic operations with coordination and admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
