Resolv Global is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual remote patient support specialist to guide patients from scheduling to post-visit follow-up. This fully remote, full-time role is open to candidates based in Mexico.

You will handle inquiries across phone, email, text, and web chat; schedule appointments; provide clear instructions; and keep accurate records while maintaining a professional, empathetic tone. The position is an independent contractor role.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Experience with remote work and stable home office setup.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle multiple communication channels.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to patient inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats
• Schedule patient appointments and manage changes or cancellations
• Provide patients with clear pre-appointment and post-appointment instructions
• Follow up with patients to ensure they have the information they need
• Support clinic operations with coordination and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions
• Handle multiple channels with a calm, professional tone
