Resolv Global is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual patient-support professional to join our remote team. You will be the primary contact for patients, guiding them from scheduling to post-visit follow-up, while maintaining accuracy and compassion.

This fully remote, full-time contractor role is open to candidates based in Mexico. Fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and experience with CRM and appointment scheduling are required.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or patient support.
• Proven experience working in a fully remote role.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments; handle changes and cancellations.
• Provide clear pre- and post-appointment instructions.
