Resolv Global is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual professional to join our remote patient support team. You will be the primary contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey from scheduling appointments to post-visit guidance.

This fully remote, independent contractor role is based in Mexico. You must be fluent in English and Spanish, have a stable wired internet connection, a dedicated home workspace, and access to a laptop plus an extra monitor and headset.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, patient support, or similar client-facing role.
• Experience in a fully remote role.
• Strong written communication with grammar and clarity.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software tools and platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, text, and web chat.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage changes or cancellations.
• Provide clear pre- and post-appointment instructions.
• Follow up with patients to ensure they have needed information.
• Support clinic operations with coordination and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions.
• Handle multiple channels while staying calm and professional.
