Resolv Global is hiring a detail-oriented bilingual patient support specialist for a fully remote, contractor position based in Mexico. You will guide patients through care journeys from scheduling to follow-up, using multiple channels and maintaining clear, empathetic communication.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, prior remote work, and experience with scheduling and CRM tools. A laptop is provided; remote setup with a second screen and headset is preferred.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year in customer service or patient support.
• Experience in fully remote roles.
• Strong written communication with grammar and clarity.
• Proficient with CRM and scheduling tools.
• Stable internet and dedicated home workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to patient inquiries via calls, email, text, and chat.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage changes or cancellations.
• Provide pre- and post-appointment instructions.
• Follow up to ensure patients have needed information.
• Support clinic operations with coordination and admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
• Handle multiple channels with a calm, professional tone.
