Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual remote patient support professional based in Mexico to join our team. You will be the primary contact for patients, guiding them from scheduling appointments to post-visit follow-up guidance.

This is a fully remote, full-time independent contractor position. You must be fluent in English and Spanish, communicate clearly across multiple channels, and maintain a calm, professional tone while using CRM and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or patient support.
• Proven experience working in a fully remote role.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity.
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage changes or cancellations.
• Provide patients with clear pre-appointment and post-appointment instructions.
• Follow up with patients as needed to ensure they have the information they need.
• Support clinic operations with coordination and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions.
• Handle multiple communication channels at the same time while keeping a calm, professional tone.
