Resolv Global is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual patient support specialist to join a fully remote team. You will handle scheduling, guidance through care journeys, and post-visit follow-ups for patients in Mexico. This is a fully remote, part-time contractor position with weekly pay.

Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, provide excellent written communication, and have experience in remote customer support. A stable home workspace and wired internet are required.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong written and spoken communication.
• 1+ year in customer service, patient support, or client-facing roles.
• Experience working fully remotely with reliable home workspace.
• Comfort with learning and using multiple software tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for patients, guiding them from scheduling to follow-up.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text and web chat; document interactions.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel appointments; provide pre/post-visit instructions.
• Support clinic operations with coordination and administrative tasks.
