Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, patient support, or similar.
• Proven remote-work experience in a fully distributed environment.
• Strong written communication with attention to grammar and clarity.

• Stable internet connection and quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities
