Resolv Global seeks a detail-oriented bilingual professional to join our remote patient support team. You will be the primary contact for patients, guiding them from scheduling to post-visit follow-up, in a fully remote, full-time role based in Mexico.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or patient support.
• Proven track record in fully remote roles.
• Strong written communication and attention to grammar.
• Comfortable learning and using multiple software tools.
• Stable, dedicated home workspace and reliable internet.
• Currently residing in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Answer patient inquiries via calls, email, text, and web chat.
• Schedule and manage appointment changes or cancellations.
• Provide clear pre- and post-appointment instructions.
• Follow up to ensure patients have necessary information.
• Support clinic operations with administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
• Handle multiple channels with a calm, professional tone.
