Qualifikationen

• 6+ months of customer service experience in healthcare settings.
• Bilingual English and Spanish with professional communication.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls in a structured environment.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, appointment requests, callbacks, and general nonclinical inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per provider/workflow.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, wellness visits, and engagement campaigns.
