Resolv Global is hiring bilingual Patient Services Representatives to support a healthcare contact center in a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will assist patients and providers with appointments, reminders, and general nonclinical questions, ensuring professional and accurate service.

The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, healthcare experience, and the ability to follow scripts and use EMR systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a structured environment.
• Ability to follow scripts, SOPs, and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, and nonclinical inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per workflow.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach.
• Route clinical questions to licensed staff.
• Support insurance verification and prior-authorization workflows.
• Document interactions accurately in EMR/EHR.
