Job summary

Resolv Global is hiring a Bilingual Patient Services Representative to support patients and providers in a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will handle inbound calls, assist with appointments, and perform nonclinical inquiries with professionalism.

This position emphasizes scripts, documentation in EMR, and collaboration with licensed staff for clinical questions. Strong English/Spanish, a quiet home workspace, and internet are required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience in healthcare settings.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience with scheduling and appointment workflows.
• Accurate data entry and documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
• Ability to work remotely from a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Willingness to follow scripts, SOPs, and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, appointment requests, callbacks and general nonclinical inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per provider workflow.
• Make outbound calls for follow ups and outreach campaigns.
• Follow approved scripts and route clinical questions to licensed staff.
• Support insurance verification and prior-authorization workflows.
• Conduct Medicare, MIPS, and HEDIS outreach activities.
• Communicate clearly with patients, including older adults requiring extra explanation.
• Accurately document calls and outcomes in the appropriate systems.
• Communicate patient needs and issues to office staff.
• Maintain strong attendance, productivity, and patient-experience standards.
