Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking bilingual Patient Services Representatives for a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will be the main contact for patients and providers, handling inbound calls and outbound outreach, assisting with appointments and nonclinical questions with professionalism.

This role requires healthcare experience, the ability to follow scripts, and accurate documentation in EMR systems. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, remote from Mexico.

Qualifications

• Fluent/professional English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in healthcare-related environments.
• Experience handling inbound calls and outbound follow-ups in a structured environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, appointment requests, callbacks, and general nonclinical inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments according to provider/workflow requirements.
• Make outbound calls for appointment follow-ups and outreach campaigns.
• Follow approved scripts for results-call workflows and route clinical questions to licensed staff.
• Support insurance verification and prior-authorization workflows within scope.
• Conduct approved Medicare, MIPS, HEDIS outreach activities.
• Communicate clearly with patients, including older adults who may need slower pace.
• Document calls and interactions in the appropriate systems.
• Communicate patient needs and scheduling challenges to office staff.
• Maintain attendance, schedule adherence, productivity, and patient-experience standards.
