Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, and appointment requests.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach campaigns.
• Document interactions accurately in the EMR and communicate needs to staff.
