Resolv Global is seeking a Bilingual Patient Services Representative to work fully remotely from Mexico. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and perform outbound outreach for patient engagement while following scripts and guidelines.

The role requires strong English communication, healthcare experience, and the ability to work in a structured, high-accountability environment. Equipment is provided and the schedule is Pacific Time business hours.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Minimum 6 months in healthcare-related customer service.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls in a structured environment.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound patient calls and general nonclinical inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments per workflows.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach campaigns.
• Route clinical questions to licensed staff per scripts.
• Support insurance verification and prior-authorization workflows.
• Document calls and patient interactions in the EMR/CRM systems.
• Communicate patient needs and scheduling challenges to office staff.
• Maintain attendance, adherence, and patient experience standards.
