Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls
• Coordinate appointments and confirm schedules across channels (phone, email, text)
• Verify insurance and benefits, including copays and eligibility
• Support referrals, prior authorizations, and documentation in EMR
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient information and timely status updates
• Escalate issues to internal staff and ensure follow-through
