Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with patients, pharmacies, payer offices, and healthcare contacts.
• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish and provide appointment reminders and follow-up calls.
• Manage scheduling through phone, email, and text; maintain provider calendars and confirm appointments.
• Verify patient eligibility and benefits, copays, deductibles, and needed authorizations.
• Process referrals and prior authorizations, track follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams.
