Go Lean Health is seeking a bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist to support a busy US-based skin clinic. This remote role focuses on frontline patient communication, scheduling, insurance verification, and admin tasks so the in-clinic team can focus on patient care.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English, have at least 1 year supporting a US medical clinic, and be comfortable handling calls remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be fully fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a US-based medical clinic.
• Strong experience with medical receptionist/front desk tasks.
• Knowledge of insurance verification workflows.
• Comfortable working remotely in a dedicated clinic support role.

Responsabilidades

• Phone Management: Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, document call details.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage the clinic calendar and schedule/adjust appointments.
• Insurance Verification: Verify coverage and benefits, update records.
• Prior Authorizations: Gather information for submissions and track status.
