• Reliable internet, computer, headset, and quiet workspace.
• Availability for U.S. business hours depending on opportunity.
• Comfortable using a time tracker to record working hours.

Responsibilities

• Medical reception, patient calls, and appointment scheduling.
• Patient intake, care coordination, and follow-ups.
• Insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Medical billing, claims follow-up, and revenue cycle support.
