Go Lean Health is seeking a Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant (Spanish/English) to support a U.S.-based pulmonary practice operating across three clinic locations. This remote, part-time role (30 hours per week) serves patients and coordinates communications with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with referrals, scheduling, and medical records, and support HIPAA-compliant administrative workflows while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 1 year of Virtual Medical Assistant experience supporting U.S.-based practices.
• Experience with patient calls, appointment scheduling, EMR documentation, and clinical workflows.
• Excellent communication, professional phone etiquette, empathy in patient interactions.
• Active HIPAA certification or willingness to obtain before start date.
• Ability to work remotely with a distributed healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Bilingual patient communication & phone support in English and Spanish.
• Clinical administrative support: EMR management, referrals, scheduling, and records processing.
