Bluelight LLC is seeking a driven inside sales specialist to join our rapidly growing team. You will perform high-volume outbound prospecting, engage target accounts, and qualify opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.

You will use Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and ZoomInfo to identify decision-makers, manage outreach in HubSpot, and book discovery calls for Account Executives, contributing to meetings and quota attainment. Strong communication and persistence are essential.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales or inside sales in technology/software industries.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience in outbound calling campaigns is desirable.
• Experience with AI tools to streamline outreach is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day).
• Use HubSpot to manage outreach and follow-ups.
• Build prospect lists using Apollo and Clay.
• Run multi-touch sequences in Instantly to engage prospects.
• Research accounts and decision-makers with ZoomInfo.
• Write and send high-converting outbound messages with clear CTAs.
• Qualify prospects and book discovery calls for AEs.
• Log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot.
