Bluelight LLC is seeking a results-driven inside sales specialist to join our expanding team. You will drive high-volume outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and book discovery calls with decision-makers across tech clients.

You will leverage Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and ZoomInfo to build targeted ICP-aligned lists and craft personalized outreach. Ideal candidates excel in English communication, have CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), and thrive in a fast-paced environment where

Formación

• Experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly and ZoomInfo is required.
• B2B or inside sales experience in technology or software is ideal.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with stakeholders.
• CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Telemarketing or outbound calling experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities).
• Use HubSpot for daily outreach, cadences, and follow-ups.
• Build targeted lists with Apollo and Clay to fit ICP.
• Run multi-touch sequences in Instantly to engage prospects.
• Research accounts with ZoomInfo and identify decision-makers.
• Write outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with clear CTAs.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, timeline.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot.
• Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily activity targets and pipeline goals.
