Bluelight LLC is seeking a driven outbound sales specialist to join our growing team. You will perform high-volume prospecting, manage outreach using key sales tools, and target accounts aligned with our ideal customer profile.

The role emphasizes effective communication in English and a results-driven mindset. You will build and maintain targeted prospect lists, execute structured multi-touch sequences, and qualify opportunities to drive discovery calls for Account Executives.

Formación

• Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales within technology/software industries.
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily via calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS.
• Manage outreach using HubSpot-equivalent CRM and sales tooling.
• Build targeted prospect lists aligned with ICPs using Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo; run multi-touch sequences.
• Qualify prospects based on criteria and book discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Log activities and pipeline updates accurately and continuously improve messaging.
