Zusammenfassung

Community Sports Partners is hiring a hands-on salesperson to sell our platform to league operators and sports organizations. You will own the full sales process from finding prospects to discovery, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

This role is remote across Latin America and the Caribbean, with strong English; base pay is US$1,000 per month plus commissions, with terms to be agreed.

Qualifikationen

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software with self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English, confidence on calls and demonstrations.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain value to nontechnical buyers.

Aufgaben

• Research and prioritize prospective league operators and sports organizations.
• Reach decision-makers through outbound calls, email and professional networks.
• Run product demonstrations and negotiate within authority.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate handover for implementation.
