Community Sports Partners is hiring a hands-on salesperson to build the sales pipeline and close new software customers across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own the sales process from prospecting to discovery, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

You will reach decision-makers through outbound calls, email and networks, and maintain CRM records with accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a consultative product.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain value to nontechnical buyers.

Responsabilités

• Build a repeatable prospecting routine to generate qualified conversations.
• Reach decision-makers through outbound calls, email and networks.
• Conduct product demonstrations with approved terms and close new customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunities, stages, next steps, and forecasts.
• Coordinate handover for implementation and capture product feedback.
