Job summary

Community Sports Partners is hiring a hands-on salesperson to build and close a software platform pipeline for league operators and sports organizations. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting through closing, collaborating with the founder and product team.

You will reach decision-makers via outbound calls and emails, conduct demonstrations, and manage negotiations with commission-based incentives. This role is remote across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product.
• Clear English communication on calls and emails with customers.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain its value to nontechnical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Owns the sales process from prospecting to discovery, demos, follow-up and closing.
• Run product demonstrations and negotiate within authority.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast opportunities, and pass handover for implementation.
