Community Sports Partners is seeking a hands-on salesperson to build the sales pipeline for our software platform, targeting league operators and sports organizations. This full-time role is remote across Latin America and the Caribbean, with responsibilities from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, negotiations and closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software with pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English; confidence on calls and demonstrations.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain practical value to nontechnical buyers.
• Experience selling to sports organizations is useful.

Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize prospective league operators and sports organizations.
• Reach decision-makers through outbound calls, email and professional networks.
• Run clear product demonstrations using supported capabilities and approved commercial terms.
• Follow up consistently, handle objections, negotiate within agreed authority and close new customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, next steps and forecasts.
• Coordinate a clear handover for implementation and capture product feedback without promising unapproved features.
