Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to grow our network of medical and dental clinics across Mexico. This hands-on role focuses on acquiring new partners, closing deals, and managing revenue with a remote-first approach.

You will build a pipeline via outbound outreach, research, referrals, and social channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales or related experience.
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Fluent English.
• CRM experience and strong digital skills.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico.
• Healthcare, dental, medical tourism, or cross-border sales experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners.
• Build your own pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide them through the setup process.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Build long-term B2B relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive upselling, promotions, sponsored listings, and other revenue opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and improve conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams.
