FH Collective Academy is seeking a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative for Mexico. This 100% remote role focuses on acquiring medical/dental clinic partners, building a strong pipeline, and negotiating partnerships across Mexico from a distributed international team.

You will manage 200+ partners, drive revenue opportunities, and onboard clinics. Strong English, outbound prospecting, and CRM skills are essential for success in this hands-on sales role.

Formación

• 2–4 years of B2B sales, business development, partner management, or account management experience.
• Fluent English.
• Proven track record hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico when required.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners.
• Build pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide setup.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Build long-term B2B relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive upselling, promotions, sponsored listings, and other revenue opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and improve conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams.
