FH Collective Academy seeks a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to expand our network of medical and dental clinics across Mexico in a 100% remote role. You will drive new partnerships, close deals, and grow partner revenue while building strong relationships with clinic owners and decision-makers.

You will manage a pipeline, onboard clinics, collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams, and travel within Mexico as needed.

Formación

• 2–4 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management experience.
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Fluent English required for cross-border communication.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners.
• Build pipeline via outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide setup processes.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Drive upsell, promotions, and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and maintain CRM records.
