Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to grow our network of medical and dental clinics across Mexico. You will acquire new partners, close B2B deals, and manage accounts while driving partner revenue in a fully remote, contractor role.

This hands-on role rewards outbound outreach, relationship building, and independent work, with travel within Mexico when required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales or partner management.
• Proven track record meeting revenue targets.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new medical and dental clinic partners across Mexico.
• Build pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide setup.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Build long-term B2B relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive upselling, promotions, sponsored listings, and other revenue opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and improve conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams
