FH Collective Academy seeks a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to grow our network of medical and dental clinics across Mexico in a 100% remote, contractor role. You will acquire new partners, close deals, manage accounts, and drive partner revenue.

You will build a robust pipeline, engage with clinic owners and decision-makers, negotiate terms, onboard new partners, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to optimize performance. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 2-4 years of B2B sales, business development, partner management, or account management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or revenue targets.
• Fluent English.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience with outbound prospecting.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners.
• Build pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide them through the setup process.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Build long-term B2B relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive upselling, promotions, sponsored listings, and other revenue opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and improve conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams.
