Fh Collective Academy is seeking a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative for Mexico to grow our network of medical and dental clinics across the country. You will acquire new partners, manage accounts, and drive partner revenue as part of an international healthcare team.

The role is a 100% remote, hands-on sales position focusing on prospecting, negotiations, and closing partnerships with clinic owners and decision-makers. Travel within Mexico may be required.

Formación

• 2-4 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management experience.
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Fluent English.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing multiple clients or business partners.
• CRM experience and strong digital skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined when working remotely.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico when required.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners.
• Build your own pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide them through the setup process.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Build long-term B2B relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive upselling, promotions, sponsored listings, and other revenue opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and improve conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams.
