Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Mexico is seeking a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to grow our network of medical and dental clinics across Mexico. This 100% remote role focuses on acquiring new partners, closing deals, and managing accounts to drive partner revenue.

You will build a robust pipeline, handle objections, onboard clinics, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Tech teams. Fluency in English and 2–4 years of B2B sales are required, with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B Sales or Partner Management experience.
• Proven track record hitting sales targets.
• Fluent English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire medical & dental clinic partners.
• Build pipeline via outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections and close partnerships.
• Onboard clinics and guide setup.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Drive upselling and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and CRM records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams.
