FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to expand our network of medical and dental clinics across Mexico. You will lead outbound prospecting, close B2B deals, and manage a growing partner portfolio in a fully remote setup.

Formación

• 2–4 years of B2B sales, business development, partner management, or account management experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Strong sales, communication, and objection-handling skills.
• Outbund prospecting experience.
• Experience managing multiple clients or partners.
• CRM experience and digital skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined when working remotely.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire new medical/dental clinic partners.
• Build your pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide setup.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Build long-term B2B relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive upselling, promotions, sponsored listings, and other revenue opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and improve conversion.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams.
