FH Collective Academy is seeking a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to expand our network of medical and dental clinics across Mexico. This hands-on sales role focuses on prospecting, negotiations, and owning revenue outcomes in a fully remote setting.

You will build a pipeline, pitch to decision-makers, onboard new partners, and manage 200+ clinics while collaborating with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Tech teams. English fluency and travel readiness within Mexico are required.

Formación

• 2–4 years of B2B sales or partner management experience.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico when required.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners.
• Build pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide them through the setup process.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Drive upselling and other revenue opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
