FH Collective Academy is hiring a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to grow our network of medical and dental clinics across Mexico. This 100% remote, full-time contractor role focuses on acquiring new partners, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of B2B sales or account management experience, fluent English, and a track record of meeting sales targets. This role requires travel within Mexico when needed and offers base pay plus commissions.

Formación

• 2-4 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management experience.
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico when required.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners.
• Build pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide setup.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
