FH Collective Academy seeks a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative for Mexico, 100% remote. You will build a network of medical and dental clinics, acquire partners, close deals, and manage accounts across Mexico.

This hands-on sales role requires prospecting, negotiations, and owning your results, with travel within Mexico as needed. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partner revenue and growth.

Formación

• 2–4 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management experience.
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Fluent English.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing multiple clients or business partners.
• CRM experience and strong digital skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined when working remotely.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico when required.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners.
• Build your own pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide them through the setup process.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Build long-term B2B relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive upselling, promotions, sponsored listings, and other revenue opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and improve conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams.
