FH Collective Academy seeks a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to grow our network of medical and dental clinics in Mexico. You will acquire partners, manage accounts, and drive revenue across a 200+ portfolio while working remotely.

This hands-on sales role requires outbound prospecting, negotiation, and building strong relationships with decision-makers. Fluent English is required; some travel within Mexico may be needed.

Formación

• 2–4 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Fluent English.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new medical and dental clinic partners.
• Build pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch platform to clinic owners and decision-makers; negotiate terms and close partnerships.
• Onboard clinics and guide setup; manage a portfolio of 200+ partners.
• Drive upselling, promotions, and other revenue opportunities; monitor partner performance.
