FH Collective Academy is seeking a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative for Mexico. The role is 100% remote, with base pay of $1,100 USD gross per month plus $70 in allowances and commission.

You will acquire medical and dental clinic partners, build a sales pipeline, and close B2B deals across Mexico. The position requires 2–4 years in B2B sales or partner management, fluent English, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management experience
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets
• Fluent English

Aufgaben

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners
• Build pipeline via outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research
• Pitch platform to clinic owners and decision-makers
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships
• Onboard new clinics and guide setup
• Manage portfolio of 200+ clinic partners
• Drive upselling and revenue opportunities
• Monitor partner performance and improve conversion
• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology
