FH Collective Academy is seeking a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative for Mexico. This is a 100% remote, full-time contractor role reporting to director-level management. You will build a network of medical and dental clinics across MX, acquire new partners, close deals, and drive revenue while managing 200+ partners.

Expected to travel within Mexico as needed. Compensation includes a base salary $1,100 USD gross/month + $70 allowances + commission; total fixed $1,170 USD/month before

Formación

• 2-4 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management experience.
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Fluent English; strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and managing multiple clients.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners.
• Build your pipeline via outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide setup; manage a portfolio of 200+ partners.
• Maintain CRM records and drive partner revenue; collaborate with Sales, Ops, Marketing, and Tech teams.
