Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative for Mexico. The role is 100% remote with international collaboration, reporting to Director-level management.

Base salary is 1,100 USD gross per month plus 70 USD allowances, with performance-based commission and additional monthly phone/internet allowances. This is a full-time contractor role focused on acquiring clinic partners across Mexico.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management experience.
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Fluent English.
• CRM experience and strong digital skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners.
• Build pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide them through the setup process.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Drive upselling and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and CRM records.
