Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative for Mexico to acquire clinic partners, manage accounts, and drive revenue. The role is 100% remote with a base plus allowances and commission, reporting to senior management and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will build pipelines, pitch the platform to decision-makers, onboard clinics, and grow relationships across Mexico’s northern border regions. Strong English and outbound skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management experience.
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Fluent English.
• CRM experience and strong digital skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners.
• Build your own pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide them through the setup process.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Drive upselling, promotions, sponsored listings, and other revenue opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and improve conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams.
