A leading automotive supplier in León is seeking a project engineer to lead team members through the PLC process. Responsibilities include ensuring successful project execution while focusing on cost, time, and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, strong communication skills, and advanced English proficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects within a supportive environment.

Formación

• Must have professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Active communication on technical aspects with Tiers/OEMs required.
• Basic knowledge of program management for new launches necessary.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams is beneficial.
• Understanding of SAP System is necessary.
• Knowledge of PLC process is required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
• Advanced English proficiency is necessary.
• International project experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team members through PLC process for successful projects.
• Support coordination on projects launching through PLC.
• Plan and execute projects within targets on Cost, Time, and Quality.
• Focus on project engineer pillars including material construction types.

Tasks

Ensure successful projects by leading team players thru PLC process.
Support and coordination on projects launching thru PLC process.
Planning and execution on projects within agreed targets on key areas: Cost,Time,Quality.
Full focus and understanding on a project engineer pillars:

• Material construction types.
• Raw material characteristics.
• Trial runs cost analysis (cost calculation).

Escalate potential issues to project leader in case of conflicts on meeting defined project targets.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Active communication on technical aspects with Customers (Tiers/OEMs).
• Program management (New program launches) basic knowledge required.
• Experience with special projects and leading multifunctional teams.
• SAP System.
• PLC process.
• Communication Skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Language skills: English level "Advanced", required.
• International project experience, recommended.
