Formación

  • 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in outbound B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to manage and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong coaching and performance management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written, C1 English proficiency).

Responsabilidades

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of outbound B2B sales agents.
  • Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor and improve key sales KPIs (conversion, revenue, productivity).
  • Provide real-time floor support, call monitoring, and coaching.
  • Manage attendance, adherence, and overall team performance.
