Job summary

Stryker’s Orthopedics team in Mexico City seeks a leader to accelerate growth across Southern Mexico by driving commercial performance through direct and indirect sales channels. You will develop strategic customer relationships, lead a four-person sales team, and expand market presence while delivering exceptional customer support.

The role requires at least 5 years of sales experience in medical devices, 2 years in leadership, and strong English; willingness to travel within the South Mexico

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or related field.
• Requires 2+ years leading commercial or sales teams.
• Experience managing distributor networks and direct sales channels.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to travel within the South Mexico region.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four sales professionals to achieve regional sales targets.
• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Manage relationships with customers, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
• Drive direct and indirect sales activities, including pricing, portfolio, and territory strategies.
• Forecast sales performance and monitor pipeline progression to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and clinical teams to align priorities.
• Support strategic projects including robotic-assisted technology initiatives and key account development.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and ethical practices.
